Bag Weight for Poonhill – Ghandruk Trek
You can take only 15kg weight across Pokhara airport – and that’s an ideal weight for the trek to high Himalayas of Nepal. In guided trek, your porter carries 10 kg of your weight and you need to carry rest on your own. So, minimize the packing. Know the Itinerary for Poonhill here.

Though the Poonhill – Ghandruk trek route is obvious and you wouldn’t get lost, having a map is always a safe idea.
Backpack
Get a light and sturdy hiking backpack.
Trekking Permits

Food to Carry for Ghandruk – Poonhill Trek
You can get the food at tea house stops during the trek, but it is good to carry a Snickers or energy bars and energy drinks (They can cost 4 to 6 times more in the trekking route)
