You can get a local bus or a deluxe bus from Zero km or Baglung BusPark that takes you to Nayapul. Pokhara to Nayapul is only 45.5 km in total. You can also hire a car or jeep which is a bit costly but more comfortable and fun.
Nayapul to Ulleri
There is not any local bus to Ulleri. So you can either hire a jeep from Nayapul or trek to Ulleri and crash for the night there. Instead, if you have only 3 days itinerary, you can hire a jeep from Pokhara that takes you all the way to Ulleri.
Ulleri to Poonhill
Hiking through the steep stony stairs is the only way you can get from Ulleri to Poonhill.
Traveling back from Poonhill to Pokhara
Now, you will also get two alternatives to get from Poonhill to Pokhara
Option One
Trek back to Ulleri and get a jeep to Nayapul/ Pokhara.
Option Two
Hike all the way to Tapapani and then to Ghandruk. From Ghandruk, you can get a local bus to Pokhara. Or, you can also hire a jeep from Ghandruk to Nayapul and then get a bus in Nayapul. But tourist prefers to hire a jeep all the way to Pokhara as it is a more comfortable option.
