Prince Siddhartha later left that palace in search for enlightenment. Lumbini has many monuments and monasteries built by several countries like China, Germany, Japan, Myanmar, Thailand, Sri Lanka, and others.

Budhanilkantha is a Lord Vishnu’s Temple in Nepal near the valley in the foot of Shivapuri Hills. Budhanilkantha has the unique statue of god Vishnu is in reclining position, sleeping in the bed of snakes in the middle of a lake. The statue is The 5-meter long made druing Lichchhavi period out of a single rock.

Halesi Mahadev

It is a sacred Temple in Nepal for both Hindu and Buddhists also called The Pashupatinath of eastern Nepal. A temple is build inside an actually a cave of round shape with about 67 ft. below the land surface. As per the local, Lord Shiva used to hide in the cave from the demon Bhasmasur for 6000 years.
